Social anxiety tx: I'm glad you talked to your doc about your social anxiety! that can be a tough thing to do. There are multiple effective treatments for social anxiety and other anxiety d/os. Propranolol (a beta blocker) and mirtazepine are both commonly used. SSRIs are commonly used as well, along with talk tx, like CBT. Always talk with your doc about the risks, benefits, and potential side effects of any new tx
