Stressed host : Not sure I have the answer, but it sounds as though your body's defenses may be compromised, perhaps by the stress of your recent bout with shingles. Cold sore outbreaks are often related to stress, whether physical or emotional. The genital area rash may or may not be related. Suggest you see you doctor for examination.
