Unlikely: pyelo (i.e. kidney infections) are easily curable with antibiotics. assuming no complications, it's very unlikely to affect fertility

Unlikely: Unlikely. Untreated STDs such as gonorrhea or chlamydia are more likely to affect fertility because they can scar the tubes. A kidney infection is contained in the urinary tract - kidneys, ureters, and bladder.
