It's fine!: There's no magic about 7 days. Some pills are packaged as 24 days on and 4 off. This schedule may even be slightly more effective for contraception. The only downside if 21 days on, 6 days off, is that every pack starts on a different day of the week. But that's fine too! Don't worry about it.
