If it's prescribed: for you, it can. It reduces anxiety and may reduce all the stimulant excess - tachycardia, hypertension, sweating etc. If it's not, I cannot recommend it, since the reason it is a prescription drug is that a doctor who knows your entire medical history and has evaluated it has recommended it for you. Sounds like you need help with your Cocaine problem, and I urge you to seek treatment.
