Yes: Yes, irregular bleeding is the #1 complaint when starting birth control pills (BCPs). It can take 2-3 months for your body to adjust to this combination of hormones. In addition, you are using a low estrogen BCP which has even more spotting associated with it. If it continues to be a problem, then try switching to a higher estrogen BCP. The more estrogen in the pill, the less bleeding.
