Body making fuel: It generally implies that your body isn't getting the nourishment it needs and is instead breaking down stored energy in your body which releases ketones and proteins into your urine. Were you fasting when you did the test or are you dieting? This also appears in diabetics but you don't mention that as a known problem. if you were just fasting for your appointment, don't worry too much.
