Not necessarily: I am not sure what kind of cancer you are dealing with,but my concern would be that starting a gluten-free diet would rob you of important nutrients that are very difficult to get when you try to follow a gluten-free diet,when you really should be trying to get as many healthy nutrients into you as possible at this critical time.I would only recommend it if you have tested positive for the allergy
