Crown on tooth: Once a crown is placed on a tooth, it should feel normal like a regular tooth. Afer a day or two, you should not know it is there. If you have received a crown and are having any discomfort, call your dentist to have it checked.

Dental crown: You can tell the material is different that your tooth but when the crown is done, it should be smooth and should not bother your tongue. As for the bite, if it is adjusted correctly, you won't notice any difference between the crown and your other teeth.
