Loss lashes uncommon: Many conditions possible, including herpes zoster, leprosy, hiv/aids, malignant eyelid tumors, lupus, scleroderma, and hypothyroidism. It may occurs via two pathways: scarring and non-scarring, loss of lashes may occur as an isolated finding or together with loss of other body and scalp hair. Blepharitis rarely looses lashes.
