Not sure what: You are doing now. You can set up routine with a trainer. Or look online to get good workout routines. I like doing different body parts on different days. Always with a core exercise daily. ( abs planks etc). Today I will do legs and core. Tom I will do chest and core. Should give at least 48 hours between body parts. Drink plenty of water. And always do cardio.
