Sort of the same: Circadian rhythm disorder is a sleep problem that has to do with your own body's internal clock. Sometimes, your body clock is not in sync with the 24 day/night cycle. This is a circadian rhythm disorder. Shift workers sleep disorder is sort of like this, where people have difficulty with sleep because they work different shifts and, again, their own body clock gets out of sync.

One type of: Circadian rhythm sleep disorder is a persistent or recurring pattern of sleep disruption resulting either from an altered sleep-wake schedule or an inequality between a person's natural sleep-wake cycle and the sleep-related demands placed on him or her. the dsm-iv-tr lists four types of circadian rhythm sleep disorder: delayed sleep phase type, jet lag type, shift work type, and unspecified type.
