Behavior: abuse and dependency and addiction abuse is use of the substance dependency and addiction are very similar - dependency means that someone mush have the substance/activity or have withdrawal. usually addiction & dependency are interchangeable but if u want to nitpick differences u could say addiction includes range of unwanted behaviors w/ lying, stealing, hiding use and much time seeking/using.
