Comfy clothes: For you- your toiletries, comfortable clothes that you don't mind if they get soiled, slippers, a nursing bra or tank, and things you want to pass time during labor- books, laptop, movies etc. For the babies just clothes that you want to put them in, blankets and perhaps a boppy pillow if you have them. The hospital supplies the diapers and t shirts during your stay.
