Positive lab test: Well lab tests must always be interpreted in the right clinical context. Not sure 'why' you were tested for dengue -I would think you must have had a travel history to an area where the disease is found, and you must have had a mosquito bite. IgM tests indicate recent exposure -perhaps you were one of the lucky ones with a subclinical form of the disease (no major symptoms). Hope your doc can help
