It isn't that good: Nothings really been shown to be superior to plain turkey for supplements. Then, there's a 1-2 month lag before muscles actively get bigger. While creatine might make this slightly faster, by a few months there's never been shown to be an improvement / difference over turkey/ protein/whey/etc.
