Varies: depending on how much you are taking how often. If you have a prescription (and are not in a safety-sensitive job), you are covered with a doctor's note. If you don't have a prescription, or ARE in a safety-sensitive job, then you shouldn't be taking them. You are more concerned about getting caught than dealing with your possible drug problem. I would suggest being the opposite.
