May be several days: I assume you mean after a dilated eye exam. In most case the eye will constrict normally within 4-6 hours and certainly overnight. Hoever for certain individuals with light blue irises or lightly pigmented irises it may take longer up to 2-3 days. It aso depends on the dilating drops used. Some are stronger but needed for adequate retinal exam.
