What to do if i'm a 24 y/o healthy female who has began to experience hair thinning lately. ?

Hair thinning: My apologies if I have answered this before. I would first recommend you discuss this with your hairstylist. If you don't have one you see regularly see someone else. If that does not really help you the next step would be to see a Dermatologist. Improvement can happen!
