Have this evaluated: See a doctor/dermatologist about this as this type of hair loss needs to be checked out early to find the cause and get treatment and avoid progressive thinning that can be difficult to recover. Hormonal issue are usually the cause, but other types of hair loss do occur in this age and this needs to be evaluated.
