Get assessed : Make sure not a medical condition like under active thyroid or polycystic ovarian syndrome or others. Seeing a doctor to get examined arrange blood tests would be useful. Then may be able to offer you treatment if underlying cause

Minoxidil: There are a number of possible treatments, like minoxidil which a topical preparation you can apply to the affected area to stimulate hair growth. I agree with the the previous comment however, you should have some basic investigations to ensure there is not a treatable cause.
