Wrong generation: We arent quite to the star trek generation just yet. It is possible that in our lifetimes we may see increased options for medicines which may or may not improve outcomes after brain injuries when given acutely, and in the distant future, post-injury healing treatment as well. We aren't there yet, but active mainstream research continnues.
