Triglyceride control: Some triglycerides (T) are made in the body from other energy sources such as carbohydrates (C). A healthy diet and exercise plan can lower triglyceride levels, improve cholesterol, and lower the risk of heart disease. Besides exercise, people need to control their intake of C, eating fewer C, drinking less alcohol can lower their serum T levels. Good luck.
