Yes, but?: Amicar (aminocaproic acid) is used to stop bleeding in surgery, it only has a half life of 2 hours, so nearly all gone in 12 hours. It would not be used continually or on a regular basis, so would not affect any other medication taken after 12 hours following its use. But why did you take it? Was it given to you during surgery? If so, it is long out of your system by now.

Don't see any: Reason why not. Amicar (aminocaproic acid) is used to stop bleeding & beta blockers have no effect on bleeding.
