Groin cancer?: I assume you are referring to enlarged nodes in the groin and whether they can be cancer. The answer is yes, lymphomas and other cancers starting in the extremities or pelvis can go to the groin (inguinal) nodes. However, many other inflammatory or infectious problems can enlarge those nodes as well (that ain't precisely a clean area). See a doc to be evaluated properly. Best to you.
