Low: Almost all young people have palpable lymph nodes in the groin. Mine used to get bigger every summer from going barefoot in rural illinois. If one of them is malignant, it will be an obvious abnormality -- way to big, or rock-hard, or stuck to the surrounding structures.

Health: Nearly zero. Lymph nodes are a sign that your immune system is working; that it is healthy and doing what it is designed to do. Humans have no real idea how many bugs and other infectious things are around them at all times. Our immune system is active and working and if we can feel nodes then this is a sign we should welcome because it represents health.
