Many years of school: I don't know your background but to become a board certified plastic surgeon you must complete an accredited medical school-4years) then an accredited residency( integrated or GenSurg/ENT + plastic surgery residency-anywhere from 6-8 years) pass all your national board exams then pass your American Board of Plastic Surgery exams.
