One common theme: Your physician can manage your medication, but all four of these will benefit at least some from aerobic conditioning, as much as possible. Especially, unexplained pulmonary hypertension at your age requires a diligent search for a cause and if it's truly primary, try to get into a medication study. Stay proactive. If you are taking any supplements with pulmonary hypertnesion, let your Dr. know.
