Shingles vaccine: Currently the recommendation for shingles vaccine is a single dose to those age 60 or older. The shingles vaccine is given in a 2 dose-series. After receiving the first dose, the second dose should be given within 2-6 months. After that, you do not need to receive another shingles vaccine dose.
