Healthy?: I assume you want to know about the risks, in the right hands cardiac catheterization and angioplasty are very safe procedures. We typically quote a risk of death or stroke or possibly heart attack at less than one in one hundred thousand, other minor issues like bleeding from the access site or infection in the site are more common, but still not very common at all.
