This takes practice.: This is caused by a confusion in the input to your brain from different sensors. Your bottom says you are sitting still. The buildings going by outside says you are moving. The other cars agree but disagree as to your speed. Try sitting in the front and looking out the front window only. Do not look to side. Closing eyes may help. Don't read.

Diet or medication: Hello MileElayne, Try the following to reduce symptoms of morning sickness: 1) Keep salty crackers on your nightstand and eat a few before getting out of bed. 2) Have water and a light low-fat, bland diet for breakfast (crackers, dry-toast, apples/sauce, banana…) 3) Discuss taking vitamin B6 and or ginger tablets with your physician. If these don't help, medication may be necessary. Take care.

Random motion: you can try moving your head in a random motion to try and prevent the motion sickness. The most effective medication is Scopalamine and can be prescribed by your family physician

Focus: Sit in the front line and focus at one point on the horizon or ahead of you. Avoid reading books or using tablets/smartphones. Try to meditate on the bus also, that would be a cool trick. ;)
