A member asked:

Is it possible to adapt to air motion sickness, can you get better with more flights?

Motion sickness: It is possible to get used to these symptoms, "mind over matter", the best way is to try and distract yourself. However some people are just sensitive to motion changes and there are many mild medications to help with these symptoms, both prescription and otc.

Yes: Many pilots have reported getting better. Sailors adapt while at sea. Patients are often treated for forms of motion sickness by repeating the motions that make them sick every day until it stops.
