Depends: On how much you smoked and for how long, but in general marijuana smoke is nowhere near as toxic to the lungs as tobacco smoke is, despite the old wive's tales of "one joint=pack of cigarettes." studies of occasional marijuana smokers have shown little or no changes in lung function studies. Very heavy smoking however may cause bronchitis, emphysema and cancer.
