Sleepy, new rash->DR: Please take her to see her doctor as soon as possible. Without seeing the rash and seeing her, it would be very difficult for anyone to know what is going on. Some purple rashes can be related to mean infections or other issues, so best to get it seen right away!

Possible cns infecti: This can be a very strange manifestation of brain infection or inflammation. You should take her to be seen as an emergency. The sleeping business is extremely problematic.
