See your doctor: I cannot tell from your typing whether there is damage or not, and can't imagine how you would think someone could. People vary greatly in how much they smoke, the nicotine/tar content in what they are smoking, and how long they have smoked. They also have different genetic sensitivities to what kind and how much damage smoking does to lungs, mouth, throat, heart and blood vessels.
