Go see your doctor: Well, go see his doctor. My bias, but preferably a family doc (or general internist) to start. Lots of other causes that need to be addressed before working on low Testosterone. After fixing other causes of symptoms, if he truly has low T, then need to decide whether future fertility is desired. If yes, then avoid testosterone replacement therapy at all costs as TRT will cause infertility.
