A member asked:

I had an apeseautomy and a tear with my first child and now i am 36 weeks pregnant with my second, should i consider a c-section?

NO C-section, needed: You have 'a proven pelvis' meaning you are capable of delivering a vaginal delivery, again. You deserve a trial of labor and when pushing you need perineal massage to stretch the 'outer vaginal' tissue as the baby's head crowns & delivers. Hopefully you will not need another episiotomy. Hope all goes well!
