A member asked:

I heard cayenne, ginger, garlic, and ginko will help with blood flow. is this a thyroid problem?

The benefits of food: come from eating the food. For example, is it possible that garlic will improve your cholesterol? Maybe? But to do so, you'd have to eat pure clove garlic, sorry the gel caps of oil, powder, etc. is not the same. Unless you want to ward off vampires perhaps? So in summary, the health benefits of these items come from eating them the way nature made them.
