10% Benzoperoxide: You can by 10% Benzoperoxie acne cream over the counter. It is bactericidal (kills bacteria) and reduce the redness. Use it 2x per day. Don't over apply because it can cause redness if your skin is sensitive to it. Always use Sunblock during the day and light moisturizer at night because Benzoperoxide does dry your skin out.
