Depends: The cost of the procedure depends on the fees from the surgeon, the anesthesiologist and the surgical facility. Typically, an outpatient surgery center is less expensive than in a hospital setting.

Varies: Costs for glaucoma surgeries will vary from region to region and health insurance that you have or don't have. Laser surgeries tend to be at the low end of the cost ($300-$1200, Medicare to private) up to many thousands( $1000-$3000, and higher). The costs may add up significantly if other procedures are concurrently performed, hospital vs. ambulatory surgery centers, private vs. managed care, etc
