How good are the vh homeopathic bv capsules?

Doubtful: If you look at the idea behind homeopathy, you see that they come up with an ingredient then dilute the product so greatly that you can no longer identify any of the active ingredient. The idea is that the ingredient somehow changes the water. There are almost no scientific studies that back up the effectiveness of homeopathic treatments. It is unlikely that a homeopathic treatment treats BV.
