Tennis: To get in shape for any running sport that uses a racket ,one needs a good cardio reserve. To optimize this one needs to be exercising daily to increase heart rate for 20-25 min.(done by walk /run on a treadmill, or use of exercise cycle ,or stair master or rowing machines)To keep the arm in shape which swings the racket, Stretch daily ( elbow, forearm ,wrist).
