I don't understand: your question. What is the hyperinsulinemia diet? Hyperinsulinemia is almost always due to obesity and insulin resistance. If you are obese, eat less and exercise more to reduce your weight, insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia. There is no magic diet for this. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet scams.
