Dunno the number: but they may occur rarely in other neurological disorders, as when certain areas of the brain are damaged by a "stroke", encephalitis, or trauma or in Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, dementia or obsessive–compulsive disorder without tics. Anecdotally, I have seen similar behaviors in a few children with either Juvenile-Onset Bipolar Disorder with Hypersexuality or Child Maltreatment Syndrome- Molest.
