How can i change a ten year olds diaper?

Diaper change: Lay diaper open on surface. Roll child to one side and tuck the diaper in as far as you can on that side. Then roll child to other side and pull remainder of diaper through. Then spread child's legs and bring the diaper up in between the legs and fasten. Do not try to lift legs/buttocks as child likely to heavy, will strain both your and child's muscles.
