I smell an odor each time i bend over through my nose. it's awful?

Sinus infection: This is a bit unusual but i would be thinking there is something infected in your sinus. Ask if others can smell what you smell. If not, most likely is sinus.

Stinky Nose: A foul smell from the nose equates to something being present in the nose for more than a few days, mostly commonly plugged nasal and sinus mucus, but also could be a symptom of a nasal foreign body. Go see an ENT doctor. Flushing your nose with saline nasal spray may help until you can see a doctor.
