Liquid ones: may not supply all the nutrients needed. Generally a supplment for the particular condition is prescribed. Also, depends a huge deal on why one is on a liquid diet. Often fiber is either really good or really bad for the underlying condition

Actual food.: Liquid diets in general are not a healthy way to lose weight. Speak to a registered dietitian to get a real diet plan with real food, and don't resort to drastic diet plans.
