Pneumaturia: Air in the urinary tract is an indication of either a connection between the bladder and bowel(fistula) or an air producing organism lie E. coli causing a UTI. If you have stones you may have an infected stone usually associated with a Proteus organism. This is an urgent situation and should be evaluated ASAP.
