It depends: On how much. A beer with pizza is probably okay, but a fifth of whiskey, no. Alcohol is also a diurectic and when combined with a water pill could potentially further lower your blood pressure.

Maybe: Alcohol and hydroclorothiazide (HCTZ) can have cumulative effects. Both can lower the blood pressure and cause dizziness, especially on rising fast from lying down. Other side effects you can read on your bottle may be exasperated when you add alcohol.
