Ethanol: Ethanol with Vitamins basically. Should not be a problem. It also depends on how much alcohol you want to drink.

Sure, if you want to: pee out the benefits of the vitamins. You list tuberculosis in your list of conditions, and if you are being treated for active Tb, or have a history of it, alcohol is NOT your friend. It reduces our ability to fight infections. It also robs of us vitamins, especially B vitamins. If you are talking social drinking (1-2 standard drinks/day) it should not be a problem. If more, it might be.
